Equipment

All lecture rooms will be equipped with PCs (Windows 7, MS Office) and beamers. You cannot use your own laptop for the presentation.

Presentations

All presentations need to be uploaded to the central server in time. The speakers will receive an email with access-data and upload deadline prior the conference. At the latest presentations have to be uploaded until 4 hours before the session starts.

Please bring your presentation additionally on a USB-stick or on a CD to the session.

File formats

For all sessions, PDF-files (preferably) or PowerPoint-files (ppt und pptx) will be accepted.

Session rooms will be opened 30 minutes prior to the sesseion. Please check with the support personnel if everything works in good order.

If you need help with uploading your presentation, please ask the personnel in the conference office, they will help you further.
